CEO and Founder of Websoft Solutions, BigGodwin Martey, has bemoaned the lack of interest of young persons for venturing into sales and marketing.
In a Facebook post on February 04, 2025, the entrepreneur and Philanthropist expressed regret about the difficulty of finding passionate sales and marketing personnel.
He attributed it to a penchant of the youth for soft life—success without any hard work done.
He wrote “It’s so hard to find highly-driven candidates for Sales and Marketing. Nobody wana hustle to find clients or sell. They just wana sit in AC, tweet, relax & get paid by month end. I love Sales. It’s my best skill and department in all of my businesses!”
His comments come after he posted internship opportunity for sales and marketing personnel appeared that he did not get applicants compared to other opportunities he shared.
“Internship Opportunities with paid allowance. Focus on Sales, I.T, Project Management, etc. Send applications to [email protected]”, he wrote on his official Facebook Page on Feb 03, 2025.
